CONFLICT MANAGEMENT


In organizations, conflict is a natural thing. Regarded as a symptom of conflict or natural phenomena and negative consequences, but the conflict is now considered a natural phenomenon which can be positive or negative depending on how they manage it. As for the causes of the conflict:

The positive impact of the conflict management

1. Increased order and discipline in the use of working time.
